Sugar-Free Strawberry Lemonade
Ingredients:
8 oz fresh strawberries (about 2 cups)
2 1/2 tbsp Sweet Best Erythritol
7 cups water + 1 cup to add in the strawberry puree
1 1/2 cups freshly-squeezed lemon juice (about 7-10 medium/large lemons)
Directions:
1) Using a food processor, blend the strawberries until they reach a smooth puree-like consistency. Next, add 1 cup of water and blend until combined.
2.) In a large serving pitcher combine 7 cups of water and Sweet Best Erythritol. Stir until the Sweet Best Erythritol begins to dissolve.
3) Next, using a fine strainer or sieve, strain the strawberry juice directly into the pitcher with the water and Sweet Best Erythritol. Stir to combine. Next strain in the lemon juice and stir well to ensure that any remaining sweetener is dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness or water quantity as desired.
