Low Carb Coffee Jelly
3 sachets Knox gelatin
1 cup hot water
2 1/2 tsp coffee (you can use decaf coffee)
2 tbsp. Sweet Best Erythritol
1/2 cup Jolly coconut milk
135ml Alaska Crema All Purpose Cream
1. Dissolve gelatin, coffee, sweetener in hot water and place in the refrigerator until set.
2. Mix coconut milk and all purpose cream.
3. Cut the jelly into cubes and combine with the cream mixture. Enjoy!
