Sugar-Free Strawberry Chia Seed Jam

We loooooove jams on our toasts, and today we’re sharing with your our Strawberry Chia Seed Jam recipe. It’s so easy to make, and you’ll never buy store-bought jams again once you try this! Enjoy! (green heart)

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Strawberries (sliced: fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tbsp Sweet Best Allulose Blend
1/2 tsp Lemon zest (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place the strawberries into a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, until the strawberries release a lot of liquid and soften.

2. Mash the strawberries with a spoon or potato masher. If you want super smooth jam without strawberry pieces, use an immersion blender to puree the berries.

3. Taste to check if the jam is sweet enough. Add sweetener to taste, if desired, 1 tablespoon at a time.

4. Remove from heat. Stir in the chia seeds and lemon zest, if using. Allow the jam to cool for 5-10 minutes to thicken.

5. For even thicker jam, add an additional 1-3 teaspoons chia seeds if desired. Jam will thicken more when refrigerated.
