MANGO CHIA PANNA COTTA
INREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 c warm water
10g Unflavored Gelatin
250ml All purpose Cream
1 400ml Coconut Milk
1/4 c Sweet Best Erythritol Stevia-Erythritol Blend
3 tsp mango flavoring
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Soak chia seeds in warm water 15-20 mins.
2. Put coconut milk and gelatin in a sauce pan and let gelatin bloom About 10 mins.
3. Add all-purpose cream and stevia blend. Turn on heat continue mixing and let simmer.
4. Remove from heat. Add in soaked chia seeds and mango flavoring. Mix until well blended.
5. Transfer into ramekins. Refrigerate overnight. Top with edible flowers to elevate your dessert to the next level!
