BREAKFAST RECIPES
KETO OATMEAL
Ingredients:
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp chopped almonds
1 tbsp flax seed meal
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 unsweetened almond milk
1/4 boiling water
1 tbsp Sweet Best Erythritol
Top with berries and dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Mix all dry ingredients and transfer to a pot.
- Pour in the boiling water, coconut milk, and almond milk.
- Cook cereal until it thickens about 3 minutes.
- Add more milk until desired consistency is reached.
- Enjoy!
