Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1⁄4 cup cocoa powder
- 1⁄2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/3 cup Sweet Best Stevia-Erythritol
- 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Combine all the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Roll the dough into small balls and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
- Place the dough balls on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350F for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve.
