Ingredients:
- 1⁄2 cup coconut flour
- 1⁄4 tsp. baking soda
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1⁄2 cup Sweet Best Stevia-Erythritol
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. coconut milk
- 1/3 cup Sweet Best Sugar-Free Chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Add the coconut flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and blend well.
- Add the butter, eggs, sweetener, vanilla, and coconut milk to the dry ingredients and mix well. Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
- Line muffin tins and fill 3⁄4.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
