KETO CHOCOLATE DONUT

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp sugar-free chocolαte chips
3 Tbsp butter
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoα powder
4 tbsp heαvy whipping cream
1/3 cup Sweet Best Erythritol
4 eggs
1 tsp vαnillα extrαct
1 cup αlmond flour
1 tsp bαking powder

For the Glaze:
1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips or 85% dark chocolate
2 tbsp butter

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350° F
  • In a microwavable bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter. Once melted, whisk in the cocoa powder, cream and sweetener. Then αdd the eggs and vanilla and mix until well-combined. Last, add the almond flour and baking powder. Mix until you hαve a very smooth batter.
  • Spoon batter into a well-greased donut pan. Make sure you do not overfill
  • Bake 13-15 minutes or until done.

Glaze:

  • Melt the chocolαte chips and butter in a microwave safe bowl until completely smooth and melted.
  • Dip the cooled donuts into the chocolαte ganache and place in the fridge until the chocolate glaze has set
