Chicken Satay

Running out of dinner ideas? Try out this Chicken Satay recipe that your family will surely love!

For the chicken:
½ kg chicken breast fillet, cut into cubes
¼ cup Sweet Best Allulose Blend
½ tsp salt
1 sachet Maggi Magic Sarap 8g
¼ tsp curry powder
½ cup Alaska Crema All-Purpose Cream

For the Peanut Sauce (just mix all ingredients):
1 tsp Maggi Magic Sinigang Original
2 tbsp Sweet Best Erythritol
¼ cup sugar-free peanut butter
1 tbsp fish sauce
½ cup Alaska Crema All-Purpose Cream

Marinate chicken in a mixture of allulose, salt, Maggi Magic Sarap, curry powder, and all-purpose cream for at least 1 hour.
Skew marinated chicken on bamboo skewers. Use marinade to baste chicken occasionally to prevent drying. Grill for 5 minutes on each side or until the chicken is fully cooked. Store in a covered container to keep warm.
Serve with the prepared peanut sauce on the side.
