Ingredients:
3 cups Cream cheese
1/2 cup Alaska Crema All-Purpose Cream
4 large egg
1/2 cup Sweet Best Allulose Blend
2 Tbsp. Baking Essentials Coconut Flour
1-2 tsp. lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees.
2. Prepare the cupcake pan and line with parchment paper or cupcake liner.
3. Whip and cream the cream cheese in a stand mixer or handheld mixer using paddle attachment on medium speed. Add the eggs one at a time until well combined.
4. Add the Sweet Best Allulose Blend and the all purpose cream.
5. Lastly, add the Baking Essentials Coconut flour and the lemon juice.

Bake for 18-25 minutes.
Yield: 18-20 pcs.
