INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Sweet Best Stevia & Erythritol
1⁄4 cup water
10g Unflavored Gelatin
250ml Alaska Crema All-Purpose Cream
1 400ml Jolly Coconut Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla
30 g grated cheddar cheese
2 tsp ube flavoring
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Put water in a bowl. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin and let bloom.
- In a saucepan on medium heat, put all- purpose cream, coconut milk, and stevia blend. Continue mixing and let simmer. Remove from heat. Add gelatin mixture and vanilla extract. Split the mixture in half.
- Transfer the first half of the mixture to ramekins brushed with coconut oil or a small glass. Refrigerate 1-2 hours to set.
- For the other half, add 2 tsp ube flavoring and mix well. Add the grated cheese into the ube mixture before pouring it into the already set panna cotta.
- Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy plain or top with extra cheese. Trust me, you’ll want to add the extra cheese.
